DRIVING SCHOOL CUSTOMER CARE/RECEPTIONIST

Key duties and responsibilities

  1. Assist prospective and current customers by facilitating information regarding driving school products and services.
  2. Treat all customers with respect, kindness and patience.
  3. Assist instructors with problems as they arise.
  4. Collect information, from customers, to accurately maintain their account.
  5. Management of inbound and outbound calls
  6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  7. Understand and utilize technology to industry.
  8. Problem solve with customer using discretion to move escalations to customer services leads as needed.
  9. Understand institute policies and compliance as related service and products.
  10. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Required qualifications and competencies

  1. Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE- minimum grade D) or equivalent qualifications from recognized institution.
  2. Diploma in business administration /secretarial studies and or marketing.
  3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in driving school.
  4. Must be a computer literate.
  5. Conversant with administrative procedures of driving school.
  6. Good customer service/interpersonal presentation and communication skills.
  7. Customer care certification or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
